    Hello, I have a problem. Every time I lie down on the bed, I start tossing and turning. After that, I recall the sensations from the PMO, MO, and P. What should I do?

    Sleep on the floor my friend. I promise it works, for me it does anyway. Have been doing it for about 2 months and never have wet dreams, or wake up pleasuring myself. Have had wild sexual dreams, but never spillage with it, the body just can't get 'comfy' enough.
