I'm always sleepy

    I've seen a guy saying he had a flatine even before nofap because his body couldn't stand it anymore with his lifestyle into PMO.

    The same happened with me. I'm in a flatline since started nofap. I feel depressed, anxious, no libido, no energy.

    But the wors thing for me, I'm always sleepy and tired. Is that normal?

    I eat healty, do exercises, and sleep a lot. But always sleepy. I just want to sleep.

    Serious this is flatline?

    I actually have had that sleepy feeling for years as well even through hard mode and thought it was sleep apnea but got the CPAP and did help when I could stand wearing it but didn’t last very long. Then I decided to let hard mode go and see if it helped. Unbelievably I am now getting up without headaches and feeling like I got a good nights sleep. Now, I have been seeing chiropractor last 4-5 months as well and changing sleeping habit on my side.

    So there is progress and not sleepy in the afternoon anymore ..
