Ever since I was 14 years old I had discovered porn and have never stopped since. I had discovered this new age drug that has had me addicted ever since then.

I have been PMO-ing at least 1-2 times a day. And until recently is when I have heard of the success stories of the people involved in NoFap. I have seen all the benefits that NoFap brings to the table, and I was intrigued.

Until today when I came across a statement stating that NoFap helps sports performance. Me being a basketball player, I was determined to give NoFap a try and test the waters.

So here I am today... Day 1. Seeking you all for help and encouragement on my journey of No PMO. I hope to finally be free of this drug and live a better life.

Welcome to NoFap where you are amongst friends who are here to encourage you and sometimes challenge you but not judge you.

The enemy is here to steal, kill and destroy. What are your current strategies for combating the enemy called PMO?

I plan on deleting all of my porn and somehow finding a way to block all the porn sites from my iOS device. I have been on a diet where I drink nothing but water for 2 years now. So I feel like I have enough willpower to participate in No-PMO.

That shouldn't need a lot of planning. Just take out the trash. The faster you get started, the sooner you'll feel better. I don't do iOS, but I've heard good things about K9. This is a rare moment when you want to burn all the bridges and never look back.
You will also need to find something positive to do to fill the time that you were spending in P-landia.
    Best of luck with it.
