I'm 18, almost 19.
I'm planning to move out too! I need to learn something useful and make money... then saving, etc.

But I'm not in college, I have already passed College Entrance Exam, it's a long story lol.

 

Even Im trying to learn Python , Im 18 and my dad decided to chuck me out into a hostel for college
The more I retain , the more I end up fighting with my father lol, he gets angry at me for trivial reasons. Some weird subconscious fight
And for SR , read a lot of books and then build a routine and work on self-discipline .There is no other way other than transmuting all your energy

 

My only advice is actually to try and control your emotions instead. In my (admittedly limited) experience, being in mental and physical equilibrium makes things easier with respect to continence from PMO. It's also easier to focus on a task - in your case, understanding and applying a programming language - if you're not filled up with any extreme emotions, wether it be anger, sadness, joy or any other emotion, IMO.

college's pretty expensive, without your parent's help you might be pay off your debts way into your 40s.
