Hey guys, I'm fairly new to all of this topics and I'm confused. I mean, I don't really fap that much and I'm pretty sure I'm not addicted to porn. I only like, watch on some occasions and fap when I can't sleep due to hard on. So yeah, is "nofap" meant for those who are addicted to porn? or is it also for people who are just casual in fapping?

(sorry if my English is bad, it's my second language)

Nofap is mostly for those who want to quit PMO ( porn, masturbation or orgasm)
 
Well nofap is more for those who want to quit like Nico said or at least they acknowledge that fapping disturbs their life ( it consumes them time ) and they want to get some power over it u know keep the beast at bay.In my opinion it is a good habit to develop.Like being able to keep yourself free from it for a month or 2 seems nice to me.It means you can decipline yourself.I do it to be set free because it consumes my time.

Hey there friend,
The answer to your question lies with the reason as to why you have joined nofap. Just check your self if you are addicted. If you are not addicted to PMO then its fine. But if i were you I would stop watching such dehumanizing stuff that PORNOGRAPHY has to offer!!
Don't get me wrong. Just think about it!!

i agree! Porn has nothing to good to offer.We don't see how damaging it is.I prefer to develop some self confidence and go out there and date some woman.Thats how its supposed to be.We go against nature.
 
Pornography means Documenting women in prostitution. It is clearly in its name. Porn industry is dehumanizing women and treating the as sex saves. In order to break from this addiction we need to learn to show dignity, respect to women.
I think sometimes that some women do not care how much money you have or the status but they look at you character andd behaviour towards them. They check your kindness and love. They check how caring you are.
 
That kind of women does exist but their a rare kind and most of the time we men don't spend the time to get to know them.I agree with your point on porn, its virtual prostitution.For nofap to he of any profit we need to change to the core of our masculinity.Porn existed years before today but it was with payment.Now it's free and most of us are hooked with it.
