    I'm on day seven which is my new record. I've been going to bed earlier and taking cold showers and it really helps. I'm glad I got into nofap because I thought I could never stop but I'm doing a lot better. I think I've improved quite a bit since I started nofap. And I'm glad that there are so many nice people that are helping me through this.
