    Hi everyone,

    I am a male high school student, and I have the same story that most of this community probably does: I got into porn years ago, couldn't stop, tried to quit with little success, yada yada yada. But I want to be totally rid of it, porn and masturbation, and that means reaching out. I have had an account for a while and used the panic button, but I've never reached out or talked to hardly anyone about my problem. I finally realized that the answer is right in front of me. I have a whole community of people who will help me out.

    So with that out of the way, does anyone have any first time tips for starting out here?

    When you get urges be aware that the mind will try anything to trick you into watching porn. Know that you don't want to Pmo and that these cravings are not true expressions of yourself.
