I'm failing horribly at Nofap (Update)

    I hate to be saying this, but my plans to surpass the 14 nofap record I've failed plat, things arent looking good for me, Did 3 faps in 1 day 2 weeks ago which broke my streak at 9 days, I wanted to endure, but since I was also into learning more drawing stuff, I accidentally got into auto painting lewd scenes from black and white manga panels.

    I know it's shitty behavior, but it led me to a crazy relapse, 2 days ago I just found out, I also cant go do public exercise at my local public exercise machine's too which made me have daily faps.

    Somehow I managed to resist fapping today, I can go back on my streak, I'm getting rid of all of the lewd stuff from Auto paint, so I can focus on other projects, but I'll have troubles with exercise, now, since I no longer go for my daily exercise routine and cant use "I'll go to the machines today" excuse I give to my parents to let me out, since my mom saw the whole place becoming locked off with those red-white tapes.

    What do I do guys? I'm also trying to get into AI testing and learning alongside coding, but I'm having trouble using Stylegan 2 for instance, due to the pickling used (Python thing).

    Im also on some bad times, quarenteen is the fault , fucking lockdown tired of this shit
    Latest streaks 7 days and 3 days .....not good

    But im not thinking about it , just flow like a stoic

    I can't answer your Ai question. But I think you're doing great by fighting hard! There have been days where I fapped lots of times.

    Exercise also helps me stay away from fapping. Though different from public exercise, are you able to do exercises at home like pushups, burpees, or squats?

    I hate quarantine!!! But I love the flow point.
    Keep chopping the tree trunk. The tree will eventually fall.

    Well if it's any motivation, Day 3 is a hill I keep falling back down, 9 days for me is a juggernaut of an achievement.

    Anything can be exercise! There's always room for push-ups! Avoid the idle time!

    Good news! Some Urban Gym machines (New models) are still acessible for train where I live, guess I'm making a comeback!

    Hello I am an 18 year old male and ive been trying to quit this for a year and 2 months but I’ve failed a lot. I used to think before that I can do it without any sort of help, just by abstaining from porn. It’s much easier said than done, and if you only try to avoid porn by itself, you will get nowhere and this is why I have kept on failing, but learning at the same time. I realized that you cannot just overcome this addiction, you need to put effort into, and by effort it i mean read a book about this problem, watch videos, talk on forums (which is really important to the social aspect of overcoming this addiction because you’re not going to do it alone). BUT don’t spend all your time putting effort into it, because at the end of the day, your success in life isn’t measured by how long you abstain from pmo. Surely you have to put effort into beating this addiction but do not obsess about it. Another thing I think is really important to overcome this addiction is to embrace the feelings and the temptations and urges. The most difficult part about your journey will be to resist the temptations. Well embrace the temptations, accept that you are in a state of high pressure, because accepting your state will remove all sense of negativity. Acknowledge the suffering; suffering makes real men. I also think that, although it might be cliche, you have to turn this pressure from the temptations into a force for good. Chat to somebody about your state and tell them how you are feeling, get some work done. If you accept your suffering and turn the pressure into a productive activity, then you would get closer to the ideal man you want to be. Also, it is very helpful that you pause and accept that you are in a moment of pressure. Acknowledge that your in state of extreme pressure and identify WHY it is that you are in this state: is it because you are bored? Because of loneliness? Because of anxiety? because of tiredness? . WE MUST NOT CAVE IN, AND WE WONT.
