    Hello Fellows, my name is Sebastian, I'm from southamerica, so english isn´'t my native language. I've been practising nofap on and off for like 4 months, with streaks of 10-12 days on average, but now I've decided to finally be free from PMO forever.

    I think that staying online on this forum is definetely going to help me to succeed on this journey.

    Alright, that's everything for now. Thank God there is such a website like this. Good luck to everyone.
