Just turned 18 I've been watching porn and masturbating for almost 4 years already I masturbate with a hard grip and do it usually once a day atleast 5 times a week. I had some questions for you guys and I was wondering how long do you guys think it'll take for me to he cured. Whenever I have sex I get turned off instantly because I feel no plesure. I get turned on just by looking at girls and making out with girls. I have no clue what's wrong with me I want to have a normal sex life. Please ask me whatever I'm in need of tips and help please this is very depressing. I've gotten used to regular porn and look into more extreme porn. I'm confident in my self and I know I'll get through the challenge I'm doing a 90 day no porn no masturbation and no orgasm. Thanks!

Hey bud I'm new as well, and I've lived your every word. I really have no business offering advice in terms of what to expect and how to get through the challenge. But I'd like to offer you a word on life in general.

You and I both started watching porn during adolecense and this shaped not just our sexual drive, but the entire chemical reward path in our brain. Long story short... you an addict now. Our behavior gave us some baggage that will be with us our whole life long. Abstinence is the key to unraveling this thing, but it will take your brain quite some time to rewire and the experience will be tumultuous. My advice is to not go into this thing expecting to revitalize your old lifestyle, but rather to carve out and discover an entirely new path for yourself. Good luck to you and God bless.
