I was 12 when I first started due to peer pressure, I have hated that I'm addicted to it ever since and have been looking for an out for 6 years now. I do not enjoy doing it I don't feel much pleasure from it what so ever but I still do it out of habit and because I'm addicted. I'm just looking to keep myself accountable to quit this addiction it brings me nothing beneficial what so ever.
