Hey everyone. I am grateful to be apart of this website since I struggled with the same addiction you all have as well. I've been looking a porn since I was 13 back in 2007, and have been masturbating since I was 14 in 2008. Have been struggling ever since. I did drop porn last year in December 2018, but relapsed recently January 20, 2019. I seriously need to stop this. This is hurting me physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Does anyone have any tips of what to do? I would greatly appreciate it if someone gave me advice.

    Warm regards:

    Alexander.

  2. Het man! You are in the right way. First comes acknowledging what’s wrong, and not excusing ourselves.
Now comes the part where you start learning about yourself, and taking action. Every failure teaces you something you did wrong andneed to change.
So maybe you can ask yourself. What went wrong last time you PMOed?

Thanks for the response. The thing is that I'm not even a perverted person yet I look at that junk. I mostly do it for the feeling. But that is right, I must know myself. I maybe turning 25 soon, but I still haven't know myself 100%. Thanks.

  4. Yeah. The rush for the forbidden, and the unknown, the things we are ashamed to accept we feel attracted too.
And, I’m sorry to tell you this bro, I’m just trying to be honest, but if you have been watching porn for 18 years and hadn’t realize how bad it was… trust me, your brain has been perverted. And so have all the brains of all the guys that are here. We all are in a way, because of watching all that trash.
But that doesnt mean it’s all lost. You can improve buddy, no doubt.
Recognize what took you to do it last time, and take action accordingly
