    Hi. Just found this site/program. I know I need the help & support but at the same time struggle with can I give it up, can I do
    It. I'm a Bipolar survivor of over 22 yrs. The anxiety alone has worsened & made porn & masterbation a severe problem & hypersexuality is a definite symptom I deal with regularly. Anyone else in this boat? Need help. Thx

    Anxiety will get worse during reboot but this is temporary and part of recovery. There's plenty of advice on yourbrainonporn.com and in the side panel of r/nofap. Goodluck!
