Im new to Nofap community

I am currently 19 years old 3rd-year college and I had no idea abstaining from PMO until I discovered and get motivated by a lot of youtube videos related to semen retention and it's benefits. I want to change and have decided to improve myself and unlock my full potential. On my elementary days back then, I was in the topnotch in our class on grades school but everything changed significantly bad when I first start to watch porn and masturbate to that screen of pleasure the nightmare dives into my life. I then start to feel I am a loser I get bullied most of the time and then I continue hating myself and became addicted much more that I do it every day that transforms me into a skinny. Then my social status and health drops unconsciously and then I had this social anxiety that makes my reputation bad and it feels very awful I couldn't look into someones eye if I was talking especially if it's a girl. I am new in the Nofap community but I started to abstain from porn since November 2, 2017 and my goal is to regain my happiness hopefully. I had no relapses after all and so far so good I started to experience the benefits and transmute my energy going into the gym three times a week and it feels so much better now. I began to gain weight, my eye contact is much better now but im looking forward to gaining a huge confidence when talking to a girl. My voice get deeper and stronger, my hair becomes thick and my skin glows even though I am dark the difference is noticeable, the sudden memory clarity and the ability to learn fast is what I also notice. I gained my confidence a little bit but not too much after all I am an introvert but I am more comfortable in myself now. My erection is rock-hard and I think that is because of nofap. I am very lucky to abstain from PMO and I think this Nofap community will make a difference because I am not alone in this battle we are going to be better on each and every day this is just the start of my improvement.
