    Hi everyone,

    I have decided that it's time to get help and take control. I've just signed up today, it's good to be a part of this community. I'm almost 33 now and my porn addiction has gone unchecked since I was 13.

    I've never talked to anyone about this before so it feels good to finally share this. I wish you all the best with the goals that you're each pursuing.

    The NOPMO journey is not easy but worth the effort.
    The community will support you.

    You already installed the day counter. Great!
    I recommend to also install a personal journal.
    And if the urges will become really strong: encourage other fapstronauts here in the forums. ;)
