Hi all, my name is zlodhi, I have been addicted since I was 15 years old now I'm 29. I do want to leave this but I cannot. I tried many times but all went in vain.

I was daily abuser like 3 times a day. But now I do weekly but when I do I do 3 times streak.

Now I can't feel any morning erection and I ejaculate in 2-3 seconds while doing fap.

Please help me guys I have to do marriage next year.

  2. Hi, I'll give you my thoughts, but I'm a new guy here as well so keep that in mind.

I would not focus any attention on the lack of morning wood. Flatlineing when quitting porn is well documented phenomenon. Basically your libido may go away completly for some time when doing a reboot. You are trying to quit and have changed from fapping three times a day, to doing a weekly 'fappaton'. It is reasonable for your body to change in turn with this new behavior. The same I would assume goes for the ejaculation issue. If you fap three times a day every day you are desenzetising your penis and brain to sexual stimulation. By changeing to a weekly abstinence and fappaton pattern you have become hypersensetive to stimulation as your penis and brain were used to being overly stimulated and is now primed to release a weeks worth of stored up sexual energy resulting in premature ejaculation. This is my very non-medical opinion, but it makes locigal sense at least. The solution is to finish a whole 90 day reboot so that your brain can get back to a true normal.

If you are getting married next year I would focus on what you will gain and loose in the long term from fapping or not. Think about how fapping to porn will affect your upcomeing marriage and how not fapping to porn will affect it diffrently.

Firstly welcome mate..What you are going through is normal when you begin.. Abstain completely for 90 days(you should go on after 90 too,its just a short term goal).
1.Removing addiction will always go in vain.. Replace it..
2.Create a routine and stick to it. Learn new stuff to enhance your career and life. This will be your precious time.(you won't get this back when you get married)
3.Write down why you're doing this and keep it close to you. The realization that this gives you is unmatched. This realization will pull you out of hard times.
4.DO IT FOR YOURSELF.(Ask any truly successful Fapstronaut they'll tell you they did it for themselves and not for sake of girls or benefits).

My hearty wishes for you to succeed.:)
