    Greetings everyone

So previously, a few years back i was known as Third_Eye. I tried quitting porn and masturbation while being on this website. However, i would also spread conspiracy theories and stuff on the forums and be annoying about it. I regret doing this, and it was extremely immature. I can assure you i don't.

I also remember when i created new accounts and got banned from this site because of my rash and dumb decision making.

I just wanted to apologize to those who i've insulted, annoyed, or affected in anyway. I've matured since i haven't been on this website for years.

But anyways, i wanted to use some kind of support system. I've given up on myself and PMO has ruined my brain and my thinking. I want to be a better version of myself, but it seems like breaking this habit is the priority. I hope i can be accepted back into this website. I will do my best to not cause trouble.

Well I didn't knew you back then, so I will simply say my general opinion which is that we all make mistakes, but the important thing is to learn from them and I find it very mature from you to admit about your previous account, when you could create this account without revealing about the other one, so to me it sounds that you have understood your mistake and you wanted to express your regret and I'm very happy for you!

I have a few general tips
First of all you can start a journal here Ages 20-24 | NoFap® I believe that to be very helpful, because you can use as accountability and think twice before you take any decision and also you can help/inspire others!

Another advice that I can give you is to use this opportunity to not only remove this addiction, but become a Better person overall and learn to live your life again in a healthier way! Complementary to this I suggest to not count days, but make the days count!

Remember that you will Always regret it, but at the same time a relapse can be proven helpful if you learn something important that will help you on and a relapse is not a reset as the knowledge you gain don't go anywhere and the resistance against habit builds self-discipline, which also remains!

I also recommend learning about a very broad topic, which is dopamine and Why your brain is addicted to p, but it's also useful on other addictions too and it's a very enlightening thing to know about, also you can search for nofap pdf and read that too, it might be better for you actually, I started searching about that topic myself today and to be honest I was afraid to find out more about that as I didn't knew the result of learning about it, but it helps a lot!

Another thing I learned recently is that "urges" are brain suggestions based on your past habits, so change your habits and your mind will change its suggestions too! Also, stop listening to your mind as the only truth and when you feel stressed or frustrated know that that's good, it means you are evolving and your brain fears getting out of the comfort zone as its something new, but you should keep going!

Another recent lesson is that we shouldn't look at triggers as triggers all the time, because some of them are very pure and our excessive porn use is what makes it look like a trigger, but even if it isn't pure, it's our habit that makes us want to satisfy the need and back then I was young, but now I have a choice to how I will respond to it and I choose to think rationally!

Abstaining will leave a void in your life, so I suggest to find a hobby, either a beneficial one regarding your future career or just a joyful one to spend time with.

And here's what I believe about everyone starting this journey
This journey Will be the best in your life and you Will get back all of the benefits, like believing in yourself again, self-confidence, self-discipline and time for greater things!

  3. I couldn’t say it any better @ThinkSmarter, and it’s true you’re not the same guy from before, so keep fighting, asking, searching, and growing stronger.

You've grown from the last time, and be confident of yourself that you will continue to do it.
