Im not new to NoFap but i keep on relapsing

    Okay here is my story. I was abused when I was a child. And that lead me to psychological trauma? Is that a thing? So I dont know why but i hear stories and articles that ppl who were abused sexually will eventually do sexual things... and I am one of them. I want to be free from this. because it makes me ugly, Fapping makes me ugly and I dont want that. I want that glow up emotionally and physically!
