    When did it start? I had a phase like that early on, but then I flatlined. I want to see when that phase starts again.

    I was the king of the world for a week. Then flatline and depression set in. Keep me updated how long it lasts for you and how you feel afterwards, please! :)

    Guys let me just say, due to the 'sad tragedy' that is my life.

    Hardly any friends,
    loner,
    prefer to think than to socialise etc


    I have been forced out of my comfort zone to go out alone. More or less every other day. This mass socialising by force has had untold benefits and is partly due to my 'unstoppable confidence.'

    I have no doubt if as well as nofap I was NOT out socialising I wouldn't be experiencing 'unstoppable confidence.'

    All I know is nofap has been the catalyst. I want to go out whereas before I would stay at home.

    I hope that cleared things up.
