This is my 3rd attempt on nofap challenge. After 2 failures (19 days the first one, 24 the 2nd one - which aren't failures at all, since I was PMO everyday for years) currently I'm on 23 days of hard mode.

How I'm feeling now: getting horny and confident with hot real life girls, definitely not in a flatline, completely lost the urge to watch porn. So yesterday I visited some porn website to see what effects I get from watching porn now: as I suspected, I felt nothing at all, I was even amused from the fact that such s*it made me waste lot of time during the last 10 years.

The question is: am I completely recovered?

first of all, good for you for not giving up on giving up!
The fact you are now going long periods of time without PMO means you are regaining control of yourself. This is a very positive step and you should enjoy this achievement.

As for being cured / recovered completely, in my experience with addiction there is always potential to relapse. Just remember the tools you have now for dealing with the need to PMO and keep practicing them even when you don't them. This way should something happen and you feel you want to turn to porn, you will be able to employ a different more positive direction quickly. Whatever you are doing to distract yourself from PMO be it exercising, reading, playing an instrument, meditating etc keep doing it. PMO in my eyes stems from a negative energy, you can use this negative energy for a positive purpose as you seem to have discovered. :)

Keep going and don't get complacent but enjoy this sense of achievement. It inspires me also to see someone who is feeling the benefit of kicking this habit.
