Hey man, from experience - wallowing in regret won't help. Instead, go back, retrace your steps and find your triggers- What causes you to relapse? What can be done to avoid that?
I'll also suggest the very useful 10-minute rule: Whenever you have urges, instead of telling yourself "No.", tell yourself "Yes, but in 10 minutes." Then, before the 10 minutes are up, remind yourself why you started rebooting in the first place, how much better your life will be if you don't give in to the addiction, how much happier you'll, etc.
    Good luck!

It's not that easy, you can't just "stop" being addicted to something, it's a process.

In the first 30 days you just have to use your will, the is nothing else, the is no magic, no easy way out, no help.

You just don't masturbate and don't watch porn, if you can't then handcuff your hands, do what you want, but nobody is coming to your home and keep your hands away from your pepe...

i agree with @Mattew the most important thing in any addiction is your willpower and determination, there is no trick nor spell that you can replace your weak willpower, i have a very weak willpower too and that's why i'm still struggling after these many years with no luck, stopping an addiction is not a complicated task, just tough as hell and needs hell of a willpower!! that's all.
how you can improve your willpower?? by practicing, suffering and by acting against your desires, if you want to play video games just say no to yourself, if you feel tired to work out act against yourself and do work out, yeah that maybe sound crazy but i believe constantly acting against your inner needs/wishes will make you stronger. no pain, no gain.

so far everytime I have an urge I force myself to not use the PC or I make a beeline straight for nofap and read horror stories, and previous posts of myself relapsing to remember what it feels like when you fail. This is my hardest attempt so far (pardon the pun) literally brutal urges almost every day. But I'm riding them out and almost at day 10 now. I managed 40 days before and I know this time if I make it there I have the discipline to stop for good. Keep going man. do whatever it takes. don't use the PC. good luck

I did a 20 month streak from nothing.

No effort, no pain, no relapses. Just willpower.
