    Hey guys just letting everyone know I'm on Day 4 I haven't even had the urge to masturbate I'm proud of myself! Instead of fapping I have been using my time to do other things with my life & it feels good! I'm more confident I can look at people in their eyes now I'm starting to see some progress I hope & pray I continue to stay away from porn wish me good luck guys!
