Hey guys just letting you know that I'm on day 11 no porn no masturbation none whatsoever! I'm determined to kick my porn addiction I'm starting to notice the changes I'm getting more & more confident I'm able to talk to people more better I even can make eye contact now! It feels good not to waste my precious time fapping to porn like I used to do I just keep myself busy doing other things! So far I've had no urges to fap I feel like a brand new man my goal is to do the 30 day abstinence challenge thanks guys for your support!

 

Thanks bro as you know it's not a easy thing to do but I think I'm making the right decision by cutting porn out of my life for good!

 

I've been in this group ever since I started to reboot I keep myself busy doing other things with my time! I play my PS4 watch movies I work a lot & whenever I get a urge to fap I come to this site & read posts in the forums that reminds me of why I came here in the first place!
