I'm starting to doubt nofap

    Today is 30th day of my nofap hardmode journey.
    10 days I felt good
    20 days I have flatline:
    - sometimes fkn big urges, specially morning
    - sometimes anxiety
    - sometimes depression
    - skin face is irritated and Red.

    Hmm What do you think how long this shit will last?

    Its tough but worth it at the end just go out talk to women seduce her and give her some of that NoFap D for a great release have her calling back. Only the strong survive porn,fapping, escorts won't make you happy at all once the act is over. Nothing like leaving a women satisfied and getting your Johnson drained its worth the wait be productive and work on that goal you been avoiding to pass the time.

    I never talking with women, beacuse I am only 5"8 height and 155 weight (and I have skinny bones) + In stressful situations I get an anxiety attack, so I don't have chance to GF. Plus - I am living in the European village.

    I only want to be the best version of myself. I have fkn flatline but I want to continue semen retention streak, maybe will be better finally in next week?
    Wim Hof method + gym + cold showers + semen retention.
    That's my plan.
    I know right now flatline is my biggest oponent. I must fight.

    First thing get urself checked for vits and minerals if u are lacking any get supplements nofap with supplements makes it so easy. What ever needs to change and go in our life make it change or go live life to fullest its short not as long as it feels.

    May I ask if your habits are healthy and productive overall? If not, that might be why you are experiencing a flatline. I have myself never experienced it (despite many dudes telling me it will come), except for maybe a week-period 18 months ago when I had been really slacking for a week or two with my normally healthy habits (not exercising as much, unhealthier diet, sleep-deprivation, etc).
    In order to feel great during NoFap with as few flatlines as possible, you got to have a holistic-approach to it, meaning you got to improve yourself in many other areas but just abstaining from PMO.

    For Average Joe, yes, 60 days might change you a lot but a full reboot on the other hand, is a battle that will rage for at least a few years if you have the self-control and self-discipline it takes to go on hard-mode for a year or two. Otherwise, it might take decades if you relapse time and time again.
    Believe me, I am hitting two years of hard-mode in a few weeks and although I feel almost rebooted, it isn't complete (since I still have some previous and remaining toxic sub-conscious patterns and thoughts left) and might take another year before I am.
    I was also only a moderate PMO-user back in the day so if you have been using it frequently (and watched the hardcore stuff, not soft-porn) that battle will take much longer than if your use was rather limited. Also, things such as your habits, diet and current physique also plays an important role in the speed and length of the reboot-process.
    The fitter and healthier you are while beginning the NoFap-journey, the shorter will the reboot-process be.
     
  11. Man, it's a marathon, not a sprint.
    You have to be committed to a better life in general. And if you need help with diet, anxiety, exercise, then you go out and get it.
    It's not easy. But after realizing how bad PMO is, there is no other option but to try to better yourself.
