A week ago, I fapped and Edged for about 5 hours, I did this to the point that I got blue balls. I could not keep going and did not finish so I slept the pain off. (so unhealthy in the first place that I did any of it to begin with).

The next morning, All the pain was pretty much gone. I just finished and felt no pain or anything.

I kept relapsing for days. Fast forward to yesterday.

I started my streak and I started feeling good again as of early this morning.

But I started having this pain in my left testicle. Its not severe but its a dull ever slight ache.

I havent fapped in two days, but I am starting to think it might be from the edging?

Its scaring me bad. Obviously the first thing to do is to stop fapping altogether. I am just afraid the edging took it too far.

My left testicle is also slightly swollen.

Has anyone either had this or know what this may be?

Yeah I have had similar things too. Cold water helps a bit. The swelling should go down during the day if you are not sitting all day long. Walks and cardio exercises are good.

A couple of people explained this on the thread you posted before. It's blue balls. Yes it's normal. Can be both testies or one. You'll be fine man. If you're still worried just go to a doctor for an exam.

Your body is telling you to stop. So stop. Remember your fear and use it for motivation going forward.

    Thank you.

It may seem weird to say that, but even though I know what I am doing and what I have to do, the words of encouragement help me in ways I cannot explain.

It just makes me feel good and better, because recovery is something I want most in life. I've struggled so much.

  6. your body isn't use to retention so it hurts a bit for a little while then goes away and your ability to retain increases.
