I'm posting this after a year and there are things I observed and take note of. I'm sharing all the knowledge with you. Porn is always an easy escape it's like when you are stressed and frustrated, you just open porn sites and get the dopamine rush. Same thing goes with alcohol and any substance which give us instant pleasure without working hard. Rather then solving our problems it feels like we give ourselves to devil in exchange for pleasure. How stupid we humans are. But I'm still happy that we all are here fighting back from our addiction. There are things I found about PMO addiction and the way to fight it: 1. Don't lie to yourself. Eg- Just last video, this category is my favourite or I'll just see nudes or softcore. (believe me once you start you can't stop). 2. If you have a girlfriend or wife. Don't try to imitate things if you do those things, it will stay in your mind and you could never stop watching which will result in MO (We are meant to love not to perform extreme positions and activity). 3. If you leave PMO then you will have high energy and free time. Use that time to do things you like which is beneficial for you or for someone else. 4. Try avoiding alone time with internet and computers. If you have work related to computers and being online. Do that work in public places if you like silence use library or park etc. 5. This is the best thing which helped me the most. There is time between laying down on bed and falling asleep. At that time you will think about porn or some fantasy etc. The reason is there are lot of memories in your mind about porn due to all years of PMO in past. The only way to fight I learned is to do intense exercise in evening it can be gym,yoga, walking, cycling or cardio. But the main focus here should be on getting tired. So when you sleep you don't have extra energy. Believe me this is the biggest factor which helped me. The problem I found is once you start seeing porn - in starting simple things excite you and if you keep watching those things will not be exciting anymore. You will keep going for more rough things for same dopamine level and excitement. In real life normal activities like touching and kissing won't feel good anymore. All things are related. Practice mindfulness and observe the action you take what effect it will cause. You will reboot and be normal again. "THE DAY WHEN YOU WILL BE FREE FROM PMO WILL BE THE DAY YOU WILL GET OUT OF THE PRISON, THEN YOU CAN DO ANYTHING YOU WISHED FOR" All the best to everyone and me too.
