Masturbation has got out of hand for me where I started to see changes physically. My hair on the top of my forehead has gotten extremely thin (to the point where my scalp is seen). I used to have thicker hair but now I started to get really anxious. It's not only this, I had emotional stress problems, sleep problems and lifestyle choices which were really bad. But in the past year, I decided to eat well, sleep well, go to the gym but I never stopped stressing and even masturbated excessively. I need help. I want my hairs to grow thicker again and it stresses me out seeing it.

Also, just wanted to ask a personal question:
I started nofap about a month ago and it went pretty good but all of a sudden I got instantly aggressive and anxious whenever I'm bored (happens at home and at work). I don't masturbate but I do read a lot of erotic novels of which I get frequent boners. Today, I watched porn but never masturbated to it. It went on about 15 minutes or so. After it was done, I switched of my PC and went to sleep after 20 minutes or so but when I woke up, I noticed cum in my boxers. Does this mean I relapsed or did I have a wet dream?

I know this is pretty long to read but I never shared this with anyone and I need anyone's advice on my specific and general matter. Thank you

    Welcome to the Nofap community.
The NO PMO journey is not easy but worth the effort.
    The community will support you.

It’s great you didn’t masturbate. You should avoid edging.

Unfortunately you are not accepting that some people are loosing hair in young age and mostly this is not a sign of sickness. All is well.

I consider it as a kind of “mental edging”. Don’t read those erotic novels, it doesn’t help you to get rid of addiction. You really want to get rid of addiction, you really want a change in your life?

Wet dreams are natural and not a relapse. But edging I consider as a relapse. Focus on what you really want: true happiness.

  4. As rafael said, you need to relax about your hair loss. It's a natural process. Some people go bald in their 20's and some have thick heads of hair into old age. You can't control that, so try to relax and stop worrying about it.

The anger and anxiety are common symptoms of people going through the NoFap journey. I suggest that you read some other people's journals to see that you are not alone in this.
You do need to stop tempting yourself by watching porn and reading erotic stories. It can be a very slippery slope back towards M and O.

Set yourself up a journal, be active in the community and we can support you in your journey. You've already done a month which is longer than a lot of people make. Are you aiming for a full 90 day reboot?

Good luck on your journey Jacob, you can do it!
