I created such a thread already months ago but because it really is important I decided to tell/write it once again.

Stopping Pmo is very important, no question.
It can be harmful and detrimental.
For most people on this website it is.

But everyday is see many people and threads on this forumm that make me question - why, oh god, do you ask that

Every person can do what he/she wants in legal borders. It´s not my buisness what you do or don´t do, but I want to remind you guys, that nofap should not be the ultimate goal in your life.

Nofap should be a steppingstone on your road to your dreams and goals.

Many people waste so much time here by asking questions that no one really knows the answers to.
(For example: "I saw a girl in a bikini do I need to reset?" What does it matter, reset, reset not, don´t waste your time and energy on such puny things.

Don´t philosophize about why people watch porn, about why porn exists and people like it.
Don´t waste your precious lifetime and energy on so unneeded questions.

If you want to share yourself and your experiences, by all means, do that.
If you need a genuine advice, then ask for it, I´m all for it.

But it really is useless if you ask - I edged should I reset?
(just stop edging and go on)
Does this count does that count etc...
Will I get superpowers?
Which superpowers are there?
Do girls like nofap?
Does god favor nofappers?
Is fapping a sin?
Is fapping virtuous?

Do you get the hang of what I mean? Are you not too important to waste your time on such things? I, for instance, feel like I am.

Not PMOing is the best thing you can do for yourself but making this internetwebsite and forum the center of your universe will never bring you anywhere in your whole life.

Think about it this way - would a person want to spend their whole life in a hospital?
Would you like to see a doctor everyday?

I don´t tell you to stop doing what you need to do, but what I tell you is to stop wasting your time on questions to no one ever really knows the answer to, because they don´t really know you, because they don´t see your situation.

Instead of trying to receive a degree on "sexual educations" you should take steps towards your dreams and goals.

I don´t need anyone telling me "We know that already " etc... Because obviously many people don´t seem to get it.

Don´t take offense, I genuinely try to help people here.
I am no exception of what I wrote here, there are stupid, useless questions I asked, wondering the next day - why did I even ask that?

To end this post - know that you don´t need to study Pmo to stop it.
Knowing the basics is enough.
Just stop the addiction and do what you really want to do in life.
Find and meet real friends instead of virtual, anonymous persons.
They can give you advice but they never can really be your friends, because they don´t know you.
Try to stop PMO behind the scenes and start over now.

What good is it if you stop Pmo but you are still jobless and still feel lonely and don´t have any friends etc...

What good is a computer that has all the malware deleted but no decent operating programm installed?

You should not reboot only your sexuality but reboot your life.
