impotence after 90 days withou masturbation?

Hi, I am 16 yrs old and I have started these 90 days to cure from BDSM.
the thing is that I started 15 days ago. Before that i masturbated every day. I watched porn just once a month. I didnt need it, because I just needed to see nice girl outside and I was horny as fuck.
Now I am afraid a bit because I try to stay calm and it works, but its so strange, I am worrzing that if I continue with this, it will be that forever, that I won´t have erection when seeing nice girl. I am also worried that when I stop masturbating to bdsm fantasies ,I will lose my erection and potency.
