Improvement in sleep

    During my 12 days abstinence and my ongoing 14 days challenge, one major aspect I've observed is the sleep rhythm of the body is back on normal. The melatonin levels I guess have stabilized and the sleep wake clock is functioning successfully. I know PMO can give you a good sleep but one shouldn't depend on it. In my rebooting period at 10.30 pm or so whatever I'd be doing except PMO I would feel sleepy a lot that I'd doze off in 7-8 minutes. This was not the case before rebooting where I couldn't sleep before 11.30-12 and doze off until after 15-17 mins. This is a good sign and I guess you guys must've observed too.
