    (Triggers ahead )

(Some background: Yet another porn user that has escalated from "normal" porn to "extreme genres" in search for that dopamine high)

So i did 13 days of nofap, no porn no edging no nothing and on my 14th day i went to google typed the usual stuff and edged... i realized this was very wrong i stopped and i said to myself oh this is fine it wont break my streak but then i realized that lying to myself is the worst thing ever and its the thing that has been keeping me back for a long time so i reset my counter and i will do the same until i reach my goal of 90 days without anything porn related. But i have seen a lot of improvement i have a lot more self confidence i don't have the awful "being the girl" and the urge to watch transgender porn and that type of genre as a whole is a lot easier to just ignore but i still have a long way to go. I also realized that i am addicted to the dopamine high i get when watching that and not the actual O. About 3 weeks ago i was in a very bad spot and i was feeling very down but starting to workout and joining nofap have helped me so much. And i think working out is really essential i have been going to the gym 2-3 times a week but in the other days i do the workout at home doing push ups, dips, pull ups, and i have gotten to the point where looking at the mirror now gives me confidence where before it would make me feel bad, and instead of going crazy and trying to resist the urge to watch P i just come here read, write, and try to help others. I'm really thankful to this community as a whole and i encourage everyone to engage in it. Never give up and never surrender.

  2. That is great to hear YAIU, and I endorse what you say. Participation really makes a difference to keep this goal alive.
The endorphins gained from physical activity really helps to counteract the flatline, so you have a good healthy strategy there. I just wonder, though, if you find you get triggered by men and women in tight-fitting gym clothing. Any thoughts?

You can try working out at home for me i just put on some battle music/epic music or something that just really gets you going and once you're in that "fight" state the last thing that is going to happen is getting triggered.
