Hey everyone. I posted this a few days ago in the "Rebooting in a relationship" forum and had no answers, so I will share it here.

I'm new to the NoFap forum, and relatively new to the NoFap process. I discovered it a month ago (approx), and I've being successfully rebooting since July 21st. I must say over a year ago I already tried quitting porn knowing absolutely nothing about NoFap, but it lasted just a month and I relapsed.

I have been in a relationship with a wonderful woman for over 2 and a half years now, and my problem has always been PE. When I discovered NoFap I realized that the main problems for almost everyone are PIED and DE, but very few information about PE. In any case, I decided to try NoFap... And oh man, has it changed my performance.

Just one week after quitting porn and masturbation I lasted more than ever before, and almost a month with NoFap in it just keeps getting better. Throughout my relationship I tried a lot of things: from doing nothing expecting to get better with practice to try therapy with different psychologists and different approaches. It never worked.

Quitting PM is the best I could have done, but I find myself not knowing what to think. On the one hand, I refuse to believe this improvement to be a coincidence, after working on it and eventually giving up for 2 years; but on the other hand I consider 1 week and now 1 month a far too short period of time compared to the massive effects I have noticed.

Needless to say that I feel mentally in peace, not thinking about porn at all and not obsessed with having sex with my girlfriend as before.

So, my questions to those of you who have rebooted during a relationship are: when have you perceived improvements in sexual performance? Does the "problem" (i.e. PIED, DE, PE) make the timings different?

Thanks to all of you and stay strong.

Well, some weeks after, it looks like the effect of no PM has faded, because PE is back. Not that I am alarmed or anything, I learnt through therapy that acceptation is the right way to deal with it, but there it is, and of course I don't like it.
