In need of help

    So I’ve been rebooting for a while and I have been porn free for about a year but still suffering from pied and the flatline. This has been a really long and terrible flatline (no libido, shriveled dick) but the other day I was taking a nap and before I fell asleep I had the sexiest dream in a while and had the best erection I’ve had in years!! I was able to just picture a sexy scenario and had a solid erection for like 30 minutes. But soon after I could feel that thought fade and it was straight back to the flatline like usual. I don’t want to scare anyone with this post because I still have pied after a year but this is because I haven’t done super long streaks of hardmode... my longest streak is like 70 days. But where do I go from here? How do I cure myself of this flatline??

    Unfortunately there isn't much you can do besides continuing your healthy habits and weathering the storm. It will eventually pass.

    I'm not sure you have done this but you need to reconnect to 'reality' after a while. I think after about 2months or more hardmode you should try to get back to sex gradually. Almost like retraining the system for normal sexual situations. Also, people are different and their addiction situations are also different. Nofap can take longer depending on these factors. So keep staying clean and 'retraining' and things should hopefully be ok. However, if you think you have done an HONEST hardmode and there are no results after a long period, then it may be that the ed is being caused by something else, could be time to see a doctor etc although you could always do this earlier.
