In this moment I am fighting an urge

I am fighting an urge right now. Being alone at home makes things more difficult for me, because it was usually the time when I PMOd a lot. Also I read many articles on a website that had many triggers, so the task to resist the urge is even more difficult; but that' s not the time for me to give up, because I' m going to beat the previous streak of 29 days soon, I promised it to myself and I don' t want to make my efforts vain. So I want to write something here to aid the others that like me are fighting like hell to quit this addiction:

Your mind may be blinded by your weaknesses and you may be driven by urges, and when that happens, you have to remember why you are doing it, what' s the motive that is pushing you to do such a thing that time ago you considered crazy. Stop saying excuses to yourself just to justificate your mistakes, because after you will commit THAT known mistake you will realize how easily you could have gotten over that. You may give up one day, who knows, but that' s NOT THE DAY (you may get the reference ) BECAUSE UNTIL YOU KEEP CLEAR THE PATH THT IS IN FRONT OF YOU NO FOG WILL MISGUIDE YOU. To victory
