When you are bound by a vow of chastity, or by a solemn promise of celibacy, you are basically in "hard mode" so every fail feels heavier : ( it's also difficult to get help because admitting failure in that area is a bit of a big deal. That being said, when we make the commitment for the right reason, we have a love in our heart that forgives and strengthens us : ) It's a bit easier for those of us who live in community, but it's still good to have the support of groups like nofap! I wish I had found this website in the years before I joined my community, when I was mostly alone
