Hey guys I’m in day 19 hardcore mode - I’m doing ok and having the typical symptoms I guess. However I notice my mind fantasies are more intense AND I really am staring / lurking at women much more (on the street and out and about). Is this a part of it? Any advise??
Turn it off. Tune out. When that happens to me, and I give in, I relapse. Turn off the switch. You are not in hardcore mode. No good comes from indulging your eyes. Sorry.
