    Last time I relapsed and started my streak right after that and I am on 7th day. I have tried multiple times but I have never experienced nightfall for more than once in first 10 days but this time it has happened 4 times already. Im taking care of everything no stimulation in daytime, no porn but still.
    Some changes ive made are
    1. Sleeping in AC without comforter
    2. No underwear while sleeping
    Can any of this be the issue?
