& seeing a lot of stuff based on exercises & not sure how to start getting into it so I am wondering if any one else know about Indian Club Swinging and how a noob can start?
Why I am getting interested in this topic, is because I have been doing the Light Dumbbell system/W.A.T.C.H protocol for this book https://www.amazon.com/Lost-Secret-Great-Body-ebook/dp/B008C2MRUO and feel it has been helping me out a lot and wanted to take a look at more old time exercises for health benefits.
