    Hey everyone!
So it may sound crazy but read and try it out. And then get back to me.
Mechanism- Honestly, Just Total Dopamine Detox approx say (70-80) %
Method- For those 20 days time- Simply
    1. Cut out all porn of course.
    2. No video games, no music.
    3. No youtube, no videos of any sorts.
    4. No movies, series, Netflix and all. None of that!
    5. No social media- Prefer DELETE- Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, Facebook or whatever Social media. No one will miss you in 20 days time.
6.WhatsApp or apps for personal DM’s- Mute every single one expect work related stuff
    7. Of course no Sexual intercourse too, Nofap obviously.
    8. Don’t even watch any TV, News or sports. Refrain from all those. Nothin big will happen or impact you in 20 days time.
    9. Keep you exposure to technology very minimal.(as in overall Screen time - 1 hour max/day)
    10. Use devices only to work relevant stuff, but try refraining from them cause a small advertisement or pop up can also trigger your highly sensitive brain)
    11. You may workout. No music during workout. But try keeping it only cardio. Just don’t use any devices otherwise. If you can workout without any device then go ahead.
    12. No music, like zero. All that mind relax and lo-if music or work-out, pump up/ adrenaline rush music are a load of crap. DELETE Spotify/YouTube or any other music app.
    13. Have a balanced diet. Nothin heavy and of course no junk.
    14. Basically stay away from technology (screen time). Read actual books from library. Not pdf or online books.
    15. A total dopamine detox/ significant observable changes will be noted.
    16. Also no smoking or drinking acohol.

    Results- well you will notice
    - Slightly more self confidence
    - Appreciate your surroundings and yourself very much
    - No depressions or feeling of anxiety
    - Your mind mainly slows down significantly, time goes by slowly, you’ll have a lot more time in hand
    - Life becomes more enjoyable.
    - Focus is increased, you tell me after you try
    - More perceptive, understanding
    - More attentive, active and way more energetic than before
    - All the psychological problems like brain fog, poor memory vanish
    - Of course way more productive
Most of these symptoms disappear, see it in the thread-

I don’t want to bore you with the good parts that much, you tell me how you feel!

I know this sounds crazy in these times where technology is part of everyday life.
But if you wish to see beautiful and evident changes, believe me its on the other side of those 20 days.
From my personal experience- I had an important exam, for which I had a months time to prepare. I had to cover what was taught for 8 months in the span of 4 weeks for 4 subjects. This was during the pandemic lock down. I literally broke down. But then I just decided to try my best for the exam in that one month. So I sat down, kept every freaking single thing aside and focused only for the exams. Honestly, Fear was my driving factor. First 3-6 days were difficult to concentrate. I wasn’t distracted by anything but the focus just didn’t come in that time period. 7-10 days, I didn’t feel anything at all. No fear or joy or motivation (assuming that it was the period of flatline). 10-14 days I could put some more hours into my studies, slightly more focused than before. 20th day, focus was appreciable, everything around slowed down. I enjoyed every small movement. Taking a break to use the restroom felt like an actual relief/break. The mind slowed down completely. So it does have a significant effect. Please do let me know what your thought s are!

Currently, I missed that part and trying to get that feel again lol
