Insomnia! But waking up feeling refeshed and energised, ready to attack the day?

    So guys, I finally beat my previous best of 12 days. I'm feeling really commited this time.

    So far I'm getting to sleep easy enough, but for the past week or so, I'm only getting between 4 to 5 hours sleep and then I wake up alert, full of thoughts, unable to get back to sleep.

    I used to PMO twice a day, and always needed at least 8 or 9 hours to feel semi-ok and get through the day.

    I'm also feeling very alert and focused, my interactions with people and colleagues at work has just been unreal, it's amazing ;)

    Does this last the whole way to rebooting, or do people get a normal sleeping patter back, is it normal to only sleep 4 hours and feel ok?

    I think it varies from person to person, and others might not have seen the same effects.

    I, on the other hand, have been sleeping more and more after starting the reboot. I literally go through hell if I don't get 8 or 9 hours of sleep.

    As far the energy goes, I know how you feel. The first 3 weeks of my reboot were awesome! Then I flatlined. That is when you're really tested, and you need to push through. But all the reports I've read say that the energy comes back eventually and stays.
