Bro you’ve been here for years you need to start trying to live life you can’t let this consume your whole life I know paws can make you pretty much handicapped but after this long you need to try something else don’t give up on nofap obviously but maybe think about trying an alternate route.

My reboot now is very different I’m currently on a ssri and so far seriously helped my retardation yes I’m 99% I had some form of psychomotor retardation caused from paws I have been here for fucking years so I had to do something else I successfully completed around 21 months of hardmode before relapsing and it’s been a uphill from there not because the relapse but because how low the relapse made me so I was very desperate to change my ways but u do not recommend a ssri at all and if your considering speak to a doctor but from my personal research and opinion they have a good chance making people worse off so do your own research before dabbling in antidepressants but ye so far so good

 

He’s struggling saying that isn’t going to help anybody if you haven’t got anything helpful to say don’t say anything.

 

And do you really think you saying basically stop winging gonna help him out or lead to a good outcome?
