    it's my 65th day all is going well but now for 3 days, I haven't slept and not feeling sleepy either. can anyone plz help me?(SORRY FOR MY BAD ENGLISH)

    You are not alone. Insomnia is common during nofap. I am also suffering from insomnia. Don't worry. It's a withdrawal symptom. Stay strong.

    Am on day 24,
    I usually had insomnia in initial phases of Nofap. Now I am having sound sleep.
    I am surprised that in 60+ days also we have to face this... I have not traveled that far yet.
    So surprised...

    Ask some people who have done longer streaks bro, they might help u
