I want to get rid of as many temptations as possible. I am asking for advice to maybe hear some input or listen to a point of view that I haven't thought of yet. Should I delete my Instagram account permanently or just temporarily disable it?

  2. If it is triggering you and it is in no way improving your life, better delete it.

I deleted the app and called my phone carrier and asked them to put restriction on my what I can access on phone. So anything sexual I won’t be able to see

    Update: Account Deleted.

  7. If you had merely disabled it the temptation would have been too great to go back. That's why the offer a disable option after all. They know you'll be drawn back to it sooner or later.

I've disabled it many many times and always ended up reactivating my account. I feel liberated right now that I don't even have the option to back

yeah, all these social media nowadays contain almost naked girls that makes our reboot imposible, I'm clean of PMO for 18 days now but as I scroll down on Fb out of boredom all I see are porn like pics and they pretty much wake up the cravings inside my head

Some say it will keep your vibrations low and keep you in this third-dimensional world pointless struggles.
I'd say it is the truth. Why would you want to compare yourself to others? Even if not consciously then subconsciously. Are you strong enough to manage your mind properly and only look up for people who inspire you in a positive way? I know I'm probably not, so I'm not participating in this insta shit.
The only person you should compare yourself to is YOU. How are you today and how were you a few weeks ago? Did you make progress? Yes? Then it's all that matters.

Other than that I'd personally use Instagram only for networking purposes, presence of some business-related stuff of my own. Nothing else. For sure I wouldn't seek validation from others sharing my personal life moments. I know it's a strong urge but you have to fathom it yourself.

  13. Just unfollow anyone that posts temptations. I just use instagram to keep in contact with people I know, text friends, group chat with friends, share and receive memes, and call/facetime friends from overseas.
