How should or can you deal with young, pretty girls who post sexy pictures on Instagram and the like? I know some of them in the real world. I'm asking myself because in the past it really got to me. Now I have a sober view of it. And I'm wondering how to deal with girls like that and what their intentions are.

I think their intentions are usually just to get attention, and a lot of them probably don't even realize how men are looking at them.

I kept telling myself for months that I should just delete Instagram off my phone. I finally did, and I don't even miss it. It's just a waste of time and a place to start down the wrong neural path. Keep your account if you want, but delete the app. That will be a big help with nofap and being happy.

If you only delete the app, you might be tempted to look at it on your browser, "just to check once in a while." Eventually, you'll just be scrolling on it on your phone browser just like you were with the app. Of course, if you're disciplined enough, you can just tell yourself "I'll never check Instagram again in my life," but then there's very little purpose to having an account. I technically kept my account, but changed the passwords to something random I don't remember - that way other people can find my photos if they look for them, but I'm not tempted to use it.

I agree. I just wasn't ready to delete my account, so I did the next best thing and made it less accessible. I'll probably delete it at some point in the future, because there's very little good that comes from it.
 
you could use a service like later.io where you can send the password to yourself in for example 6 months.
if you also lock yourself out from the possibility of resetting the password by changing your email as well to an email-account you dont know the password to (also send it to your future self with later.io) there is no way you can log yourself in in that period of time.
i used later.io for something similar in the past and it works like a charm if you are not ready yet to delete your account or (as it was in my case) some videos and photos.

delete your instagram account immediately! NO ONE who is or was addicted to porn should EVER be on instagram!

And FYI: Most of those instagram "models" are human trafficked prostitutes - sex slaves.

I'm having a bit of a hard time comprehending what you're asking. You have a problem with attractive ladies on social media, but you're still on social media. If an alcoholic is damaging his life terribly with alcohol, and asks what he should do about drinking, would you tell him its safe to be in bars and around alcohol? Its the EXACT same thing for you. You need to delete ANY AND ALL social media sites you're on. Otherwise, there's not much chance of success for you, in my opinion.

Totally agree. Delete your Insta account immidiately. Have you heard about the incident with those gore videos recently? Thank god I already went away from Instashit.
