So I'm fairly sure I've been in flatline from the moment I started this challenge (90 day hard mode) I'm not having strong urges, I've seen lots of triggers and I'm not feeling a drive or any compulsion. I've been working out and dieting hard, and also quit coffee.
I was PMOing multiple times a day over the holidays, and particularly anxious about some personal stuff. I expected to feel strong urges like the last time I tried to stop. Is this normal?
