Intense levels of stress until pmo

    I'm still well within recovery period . Like I'm still desensitized as fuck .... but I went 5 days no pmo ... which eventually killed libido and no morning wood.

    But ended up watching porn because of high levels of stress .... immediately from watching cams it's like wtf am I watching this like these girls are hot but I have more respect for them and myself

    Yea it helps clear my head because the stress seems almost insurmountable

    But at the same time the shit said on cams makes you realise how deluded some of these dudes are and how desenstized.

    But the stress levels are messed up I'm almost unable to function

    All P does IMO is create more stress. There are way better ways to relieve stress in the long and short term

    You have to identify what causes stress (I know obvious right), but it needs to be said. It may be a multiple of things. Figure this out. You can research what the principle causes of stress are but you will still need to look at your daily life closely. Not just for a couple minutes every once in a while. Look at your life as you go through it consciously for a large chunk of each day. Getting out of this thing requires diligence and a huge amount of effort.

    Relapsing is not going to help you. You have a significant understanding when you say "you have more respect for them and myself." That it is awesome man! It is something to remember before you find yourself logging into a P site. Use this understanding instead of PMOing. Try slowing down your breath and releasing tension in your body from time to time during each day. This literally puts you in control of your body. Just a couple of "pointers" for stress and PMO. You can do it!

  4. For many of us here stress is a big trigger. So try to prevent it.
