Intentional Porn Subs

    Yesterday I went for some p subs, 'cause I was bored. It went on for about 20 minutes. Then I just left it. Is it relapse?

    Yes it is because that will mess up your recovery and if you keep seeing the stuff like that, then it's going to get worse. I know my situation. Do something else such as playing games on computer like zuma blackbeard's assault or something

    It depends; this is your reboot, you decide the rules. Some people see porn substitutes as porn, and thus for them it counts as a relapse.

    Others believe that the effects of looking at porn substitutes are the same as looking at porn and so count it as a relapse:

    My sobriety is not like that. I am focussed on giving up pornography, so for me porn substitutes do not count as porn and are not a reset. That is what the word 'substitute' means.

    But they are still a worry, an alarm, because there are practical concerns, like where will porn substitutes lead you? So if you find yourself drawn towards porn substitutes I would take note of the warning and find a way to change your frame of mind and develop techniques that move you to a more healthy activity.

    Well i didn't really felt messed up. The energy is still there. Neither do I feel guilty or depressed. It didn't really affect me you know.

    Could you say exactly what they were? It could have been underwear site; twerking video; nudity in artwork; bikinis, or mankinis, lol. :rolleyes:

    I also saw a video on sextortion(check what it is on internet).
    That guy told how teenagers and young people get trapped into this, and that video contained a nudidity artwork, which really didn't arouse me. I saw that video yesterday.
