Intermittent fasting in 2020.

I Googled and remembered reading what wrote. This seem like a good match with good long term potential. Early studies on mice had benefits like longer life, better insulin resistance, and maybe cancer resistance. Early stuff, but I hope it’s true.

I’ve been eating about 600 calories at one meal only on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The other day I eat whatever I want.

Eventually I hope to eat all healthy food those days, but for now my eating habits haven’t changed much on the other days.

Once I lose the weight I want to lose I’d like to continue with Monday and Wednesday as 5-600 calorie “fasting days” forever.

Goal: lose 22.5% of my current body weight.... back to my college weight.

I’m 2.36% lighter after a week, but I expect the weight loss rates to drop dramatically once the “water weight” is gone.
