no they would not honor vegans, you eat what is at the cafeteria, they wont make exceptions, however after bootcamp and i start making money i could eat what i want, but in order to save money and cut costs i will likely just eat what they give me, however i will buy fruits and veggies to eat to keep myself healthy.

I do not believe it is necessary to go vegan for good health. But it is necessary to limit animal product consumption to bare minimum. World Health Organization classifies red meat and processed meat as type 1 carcinogen. That's in the same category as smoking cigarettes and too much radiation from sunlight.
i try my best to eat free ranged and humane meat, yes it does exist, so many people tell me it doesnt,

Therefore terms "humane meat" or "humane farming" are oxymorons. Really it is a marketing and PR term made up by meat industry to make people feel better about buying those products...

all i know is God gave man the ok to eat meat so i will, there are ways to kill the animals instantly so they wont suffer, in the end animals are animals and are here to eat after the garden, like i said i prefer getting that meat from people who treat animals right and i truly do love animals. I have been doing Intimidate fasting since a week and went from heavy meat eater to vegan from 6 mth now .
What I realize is its all in the mind but you have to take things slow let ur body adjust with all the changes and you will see changes also try to eat something before training .It will work on your favor cheers .

i appreciate the response, but i have a terrible habit of eating whenever i want, it could be 4am and ill cook a huge meal, so i guess this is also a way for me to gain self control of my eating, because if i dont when i am older i will get fat.
Mate sometimes fasting may become tough but don't loose hope rather deal with it by taking a short nap or just resting watching your fav. movie or by listening to music. All the best keep trying till you reach your goal.

meat is a substitute food veggies are the real food. And meat will act on willpower by reducing it.
 
Bro i weight 64kg/141lbs.
I'm okay with my weight.
But still not satisfied with how i look.
I do the 16/8 fast everyday and jog regularly for 20 mins for a week and lost like 2 kg. But uhh, lost motivation and now which is a week later i haven't been jogging or fasting. And eating junk foods.
What's your motive to lose weight?
Also, (for my fast) i eat twice day, i eat bread in the morning at 6am and eat rice at 3pm. My next meal is tomorrow at 6 am. And i drink diluted water during my fast and in between my 2 meals. Anyway, i wonder, i don't add veggies or fruits to my meals, is it okay?

The thing with us is we want result fast and quick. So in my case I started IF so that I can stay away with all the junk food but make sure you have all Protein Fat Carbs. As I have mentioned earlier "Its all up in the mind"
but we he to be motivated for workouts and I personally prefer weight training rather than jogging also .
Its all based on my thoughts and experiences your case might be different

to stay motivated you have to stay consistent, whenever you relapse from porn it kills your motivation so dont do that. As for what i eat, meal 1 chicken and rice, spinach eggs, fruit or veggie, green tea, meal 2 salmon and rice, veggie drink, green tea, meal 3 tuna and eggs, green tea, fruit or veggie. I eat a lot of protein so i can build muscle.

Though i still do workout my biceps.
Not too heavy so that i can have that slim fit look.
And i just do regular pushups to train my chest.
Anyway, jogging is actually fun to me, i'm starting my intermittent fasting and jogging again today. Hopefully i stay consistent for as long as 1 month at least.

heres a tip, do it in the morning, you have a clean slate in the morning and your more likely to do it, i personally sleep in a tent in my backyard, its comfy but super cold when i wake up, therefore i want to leave it fast, when you sleep in a comfy bed in your house you wont want to get up, but sleeping in a rough environment gets up, you need a plan.

Cause i have school in the morning.
Always have to fight my laziness and sleepiness.
Maybe a cup of coffee might help but i it's so bitter i can't.

You go for it littlekegger! Everyone has their opinions on what they think is best lol. Mine is I think your diet sounds fine. Creatine and all. Tons of research on it. It's only in the last little while have people been getting all crazy about all kinds of new diets. Common sense seems to be a good route. Animals are great creatures but yes some are meant to eat. It's just that simple lol. You'd have to eliminate thousands of years of human history to think otherwise. But humans have screwed with the basic stuff so it's good you are at least attempting to find the best quality. Good on you keep pressing on brotha!
