Why isn't the mainstream Medical community aware of PIED?

I live in one of the major cities in the USA, I have great medical coverage and I have south treatment for my ED from:

    * My Primary Care Physician, one of the best General Practitioner in the city. She never mentioned anything about Porn addiction, and when I mention that I suspected my diet might have something to do with it, she didn't want to hear it. She just told me to increase dosage of the ED pills and that it was age and I should get used to it.

    * Endocrinologist, one of the best in the USA, she has awards to prove it and she is in many industry panels and research boards. She never mentioned anything about Porn addiction, and when I mention that I suspected my diet might have something to do with it, she didn't want to hear it. She just told me to increase dosage of the ED pills and that it was age and I should get used to it.

    * Urologist, the #1 in Sexual Health in my city. He's better then the other 2 doctors, he listened to me, we did all sorts of test, tried a few variations of ED medicines, but he also never mentioned anything about Porn addiction and while he listened to my theories about diet and ED the only thing that he said was that higher protein would give me a boost.

As of today, day 79 of not using porn and by tweaking my diet I have practically reversed my ED/PIED, but 3 top doctors didn't even acknowledge the possibility of a link between my Porn and Masturbation habits and my ED. Why? Is it because Big Pharma is profit happy by selling ED pills?

Exactly. Why would they slap the hands that feed them?
Western medicine is all about money.

  5. Thank you Alexander, and thank you Gary. You helped identify 1) the problem, 2) the solution. Until the problem was identified, no solution was possible.

    Much love.

Gary, what do you think about Virtual Reality porn (VR) being around the corner, its possibly more damaging effects and the future of manhood with all those porn offerings. There is billions or porn users that are not even aware that they have issues after all.

How does the "Coolidge Effect" consider gay men that are promiscuous? The Coolidge effect seems to imply that promiscuity and addiction to novelty in mates is purely a physiological condition to females. Is it possible that novelty and promiscuity are socially conditioned instead, which may explain why promiscuity can occur in homosexuality?

Do you have any advice to ease the process of healing/make the NoFap challenge easier ?
Also, I began using porn basically everyday for 8 years (I'd say 30 minutes a day). I recently started doing the NoFap Challenge (first time 30 days, second time 57 days, this time I saw massive change in my entire life like I never felt before; but I relapsed yesterday...), do you think I'll ever be able to get rid of the damage caused by massive porn usage ?
    Thanks for your time

  10. Why is it so difficult to leave porn when you are single and want to remain single?
